Event Description:
2K4 R KIDS "Route 66" 5k, 10k & 2k Memorial Fun Run / Walk at Jack Smith Park- on the Colorado River at the end of River Road in Needles, CA.
Registration begins at 6:30am. Start times are: 10k - 7am, 5k - 7:10am 2k - 8:30am. (All times Pacific Standard)
All runners receive a runner's bag and lunch provided by the Needles Chapter of Rotary International with registration. There will also be raffles and a silent auction.
Needles 2K4RKIDS is a tax exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in memory of Kari and Keira Lyn Parker, who died in a tragic auto crash in 2007. Proceeds from the event benefit educational scholarships at both Needles and River Valley high schools plus a variety of youth athletic programs.
