Event Description:
Mohave Health Coalition will be hosting its 3rd Annual Family Health Fair with a collaboration from notMYkid and Arizona Youth Partnership. There will be free child immunizations, blood pressure and blood sugar checks, healthy lifestyle presentations, prevention education for youth and parents, "Cafecito Program", free mammograms and dexascans, and scoliosis screenings.
