Event Description:
The 7th Annual Route 66 Hot Boat and Custom Car Show with its companion Golf Tournament gets underway Friday, February 27 & Saturday, February 28 in Needles, CA.
The golf tournament tees of at 7PM Friday at River's Edge Golf Course. Call the Pro Shop at 760-326-3931 for details and advance reservations.
There will be plenty of boats, cars, golf, barbecue and more for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Early registration for the boat and car show participants will kick off at noon Friday at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant (2420 Needles Highway); a parade along original alignments of Route 66 through Needles, CA; and a mystery poker walk during the judged car and boat shows.
On Saturday, gates to the show at Jack Smith Park open at 10 a.m. Cost to get in the gate is $3 per person (free for age 11 and under). There will be a poker walk, 50/50 and prize raffles & vendors.
