Event Description:
You can fish Arizona waters for free on Saturday June 1 and June 8, making this an ideal time to take the family out for some fun and relaxing outdoor recreation. This is in celebration of National Fishing and Boating week. On these Saturdays, no fishing licenses are required for persons fishing any public waters in Arizona.

Reminder - bag limits and all other fishing regulations apply during the free fishing days. Kids under 14 can fish for free all year in Arizona.

FREE fishing events with loaner fishing rods, bait & instruction are provided at:

D'Ambro Pond (near Kingman) 7am-1pm Free fishing conducted by the AZ Game & Fish, Mohave County Sheriff's Office and D'Ambro Pond. Free hot dogs & drinks will be provided. Dunton Ranch (near Kingman) 7am-11am Free fishing conducted by the Elk's Lodge, Mohave Sportsman's Club & AZ Fish & Game. Free hot dogs & drinks will be provided. (Free for kids 5-16) Pre-registration is requested. For more info- AZ Game & Fish Kingman Regional Office 928-692-7700.
