The City of Bullhead City will be holding a public hearing to address proposed changes to the Bullhead Area Transit System (BATS).
BATS is preparing some schedule changes to match the employee shifts at the Laughlin casino resorts. Susan Betts, Transit Director for BATS is requesting public input and looking for ideas on how the proposal can be improved.
