Blaze n’ Blues originated in early 2011 as a food truck caterer who specializes in slow smoked BBQ. Chef Michael Frenes created the menu based on fresh ingredients and innovative ideas that give you a taste of summer all year long!
At Blaze n’ Blues they smoke their meats slow and low to perfection, their AWARD winning ribs fall right off the bone, and the sauces, rubs and Angus beef patties are all made from scratch! You can eat in, take out, or allow them to cater your events! ***ask to review catering menu***

KJJJ radio station will be there, "Against the Grain" will be playing high energy country music from 8PM - Midnight and there will be lots of give-aways! So bring your appetite.
