Event Description:
The National Weather Service has issued an excessive heat warning for the Bullhead City area with temperatures forecasted to exceed 115-degrees Fahrenheit through the weekend. City Officials have arranged to have the Bullhead City Senior Center open Saturday and Sunday for anyone needing to get out of the heat.
Everyone is reminded to be ready for the summer heat. Enjoy the City parks and the cool Colorado River access provided for FREE at numerous City parks. Try to schedule your outdoor, strenuous activities for the cooler early morning or evening hours. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Wear light, loose fitting clothing and drink plenty of water.
