We are having a HUGE desert clean-up on Silver Creek and North Oatman Roads!
Please join your environmentally minded neighbors and enjoy a day making a real difference in our local desert. Irresponsible people and shooters have left considerable trash ranging from old boats to shotgun shells littering our desert.

We need a LOT of volunteers! We will have trucks and skip loaders provided by the City and Republic Services - we need folks to rake up shells and glass and help load the light junk. Even if you can only help for a couple of hours it is greatly appreciated!
WHERE: Meet at Silver Creek Road and Bullhead Parkway – Crews will fan out from there. Drive east on Silver Creek Rd. past the hospital until you reach the Parkway. You will see us.
WHY: Is this not on a weekend? We need to hold this on Wednesday due to staffing for the equipment operators, trash truck drivers and for dump access. (The sponsors are paying the operators, would have to pay overtime on the weekend.)
