Paul McDermand began his love of music at an early age in the Chicago area. He assumed percussion duties at 19 on a popular production call "The Magic Man" featuring David Copperfield.
He then moved to Phoenix to be involved in film scores, commercial jingles, symphonic productions and stage shows. He has performed with Natalie Cole, Tony Bennett, Johnny Cash, Liberace, The Temptations and the Moody Blues. He was then invited to tour with Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Jesus Christ, Superstar."
His return to Scottsdale, Paul began arrangements built around steel drums and marimba. These recordings are embracing the world over for their easy nature and Exotic beauty. He and his groups' rising demand as concert performers provides audiences with his distinct music style.
