FEATURED FREE SERVICES INCLUDE: MEMORY SCREENING TO TEST FOR EARLY SIGNS OF DEMENTIA OR ALZHEIMER'S, STROKE RISK SCREENING THROUGH ULTRASOUND, THYROID DISEASE SCREENING THROUGH ULTRASOUND, BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS, GLUCOSE TESTING.
BE SURE TO FAST FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS PRIOR TO TEST.

This free clinic is being provided by a joint effort between Sunridge Village, Valley View Home Health & Health Screenings 4 Life. If you have a concern and would like to set up a time to speak to the physician or nurse simply call (928) 754-0700 for your 15 minute appointment. Clinic will only be open on the 2nd Tuesday of each month between 9 am - 1 pm, call early as walk in's will only be seen if time allows before 1 pm.
