Event Description:
This free clinic is being provided by a joint effort between Sunridge Village & Valley View Home Health. If you have a concern and would like to set up a time to speak to the nurse simply call (928) 754-0700 for your 15 minute appointment. Clinic will only be open on the 2nd Tuesday of each month between 9 am - 1 pm, call early as walk in's will only be seen if time allows before 1 pm.
