Life Line Screening
Event Description:
Protect your health by finding out if your at risk of having a stroke by participating in the Life Line Screening. Through ultrasound, the carotid arteries can be evaluated for the buildup of fatty plaque, which is the leading cause of stroke. Registration required for the stroke, vascular and heart rhythm package be either calling the special Helping Hands registration number (1-800-324-9458) or by signing up through the registration sheet (available at www.MySunridgeVillage.com click the "Events" tab). The stroke, vascular & heart rhythm package includes four screenings: carotid atery, abdominal aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease and atrial fibrillation.
