Event Description:
Doors open at 6:00 dinner served at 6:30
Time will be allowed for dinner, bidding on In the Bag Mystery Auction items, browsing of the Dessert Auction table, and the purchase of additional bingo cards, wine from the wine table, and 50/50 drawing tickets, all the wile entertainment is provided for the crowd.
Volunteers will be assisting in accepting late donations, baked goods, and serving dinner. Volunteers will be asked to take part in the Desert Auction by bringing their best baked dessert. Donations from the community for the In the Bag Mystery Auction and the Dessert Auction will be welcomed & appreciated.
