A Vietnam veteran, Tom has been a resident of
Bullhead City since 1982. Working for Mohave
County for 19 years, retiring in 2002 from the
position of parks director. He served for 10 years
as elected Bullhead City Justice of Peace before
being elected in 2014 to his first term as mayor.
