National Weather Spotter Class
Event Description:
The Las Vegas Forecast Office of the National Weather Service will once again offer Skywarn weather spotter training courses in the Tri-State area this spring.
Weather spotters provide data from storm events while or immediately after they happen; adding critical "ground truth" to weather modeling and satellite observations of hazardous weather conditions.
Arrive early, space is limited to the first 25 people.
