Event Description:
Come out and paint some rock's for Bella's garden and enjoy a free hot dog, drink and some live music. The memorial is for all the children in the area who have been lost to abuse and neglect.
Music will be provided by local bands Simmer Down and Jimmy.
People visiting the park for the event are asked to have respect for the memorial and that only painted rocks be left in the rock garden as it is a public park. Anything that is not a painted rock will be remove, thrown away or donated. The City will remove the entire memorial if the painted rocks only rule is not followed.
