First Annual "All Public Health" Health Fair with demonstrations, workshops and prizes! Schedule of events: 1:15 p.m. Health Start – Kids Craft, making a rain stick! 1:30 p.m. WIC – The benefits of routines and bedtime for both children and adults. 1:45 p.m. AZ Health Zone – Shopping healthy foods on a budget. 2:00 p.m. Tobacco Cessation – Straw exercise demonstrating what lungs feel like after smoking. 2:15 p.m. EH – Cleaning vs. Sanitizing. 2:30 p.m. Opioid – Dangers of addiction exercise.
