Stop Teen Underage Drinking Forum

The community is invited to attend the "Stop Teen Underage Drinking Forum" on Wednesday, April 1st at 5:30 p.m. inside the Council Chambers, 1255 Marina Blvd. "Parents need to know that even though it's a difficult topic, now is the time to get educated and talk to their teens, especially with Prom and summer events coming up," said Bullhead City Police School Resource Officer Andy Sevillano. Officer Sevillano, will be speaking at the "Stop Teen Underage Drinking Forum." There will also be entertaining skits by S.A.D.D. Club students and other youth groups.

Parents and children are encouraged to attend this FREE forum with refreshments and prizes. This informative event is a collaborative effort of the S.A.D.D. Club, Bullhead City Police Department, M.A.P.P.E.D. (Mohave Area Partnership Promoting Educated Decisions), Arizona Youth Partnership and NARBHA (the Regional Behavioral Health Authority for Apache, Coconino, Mohave, Navajo, and Yavapai counties. Funds for prevention services are provided through the Partnership for Success (PFS) Prevention grant from the Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health.)
