Western Region Clown Association Annual Convention and School is coming to Don Laughlin's Riverside Hotel & Casino. If you want to become a clown go to http://westregionclowns.org to register. On November 14, 2013 EVERYONE is invited to see the clowns perform in the Starview Room for FREE; 10am is the parade and 11am for the show.
