A wine pairing dinner with commentary and information by Matt Hale of Estancia Winery of Paso Robles, CA.
Dinner includes beef and ricotta meatballs, braised beet greens, diver scallop salad, herb-crusted pork tenderloin stuffed with ginger shrimp, ratatouille and new potatoes with bacon sherry vinaigrette and a dessert of keylime-cello tarlet to complete the meal.
