CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
CAFÉ ATTENDANT: Health Card Required: 1 – Full Time
Provide quality service in all areas of the outlet to include, but not limited to, hot and cold menu items, desserts and coffee beverages to standard recipes, courteously and efficiently to guests according to company standards in a fast-paced environment. Handle cash register transactions accurately. Follow all Health Department and other state, local and federal regulations.
CAGE CASHIER: Gaming Card Required: 1 - Full Time
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to make change with coin and currency and handle all monetary transactions.
COOK: Health Card required: 1 - Full-Time
Ability to properly cook all line food items as designated in a timely manner; knowledge of temperatures, all menu items and presentation. Maintain all sanitary procedures as required by health regulations.
DUAL RATE SLOT SUPERVISOR: 21, Gaming Card Required: 1 - Full Time
Supervise and train Slot Department personnel. Coordinate activities of the Slot department workers to provide service to patrons. Must have well-rounded communication skills to convey authority to handle and settle patron complaints over payouts or to solve employee conflict. Verify and pay off jackpots, reset slot machines after payoffs and diligence to adhere to gaming regulations.
FOOD SERVER: 21, AES, Health Card Required: 1 - Part Time
Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level. Previous experience required.
FRONT DESK CLERK: 1 – Full Time
Front desk experience preferred. Greet customers; perform check-in and check-outs. Room assignments based on special requests and needs of guests. Work closely with the Housekeeping department for guest requests and issues. Handle all monetary transactions. Handle room discrepancies and other issues. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT: (Always Open): Full Time
Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and
must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.
HOST(ESS)/CASHIER: Health Card Required: 1 – Full Time
Great Customer Service skills. Ability to welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prior experience as a Cashier and working in a food service industry. Food Server experience is a plus.
RETAIL CLERK: 21, AES & Health Card Required: 1 - Full Time
To assist customers with their selection of products and preform all the duties necessary to insure the smooth operation of the Gift Shop. Customer service oriented.
SECURITY OFFICER: 21, Gaming, & AES Card Required: 4 - Full Time
Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R.Certification.
STEWARD: Health Card Required: 1 – Full Time
Ability to operate dish machine and floor scrubber, assist in set-up and breakdown of banquets and meetings; able to twist, stand, reach, bend, walk, crouch, and work around chemicals. Ability to deep clean all equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, drains, coves, etc. in food & beverage outlets according to cleaning schedule.
